WE RESTART Charitable Organization, a not-for-profit organization founded in the midst of COVID-19 global pandemic that produces and promotes artistic projects where art functions as a tool for restart, has launched WE RESTART ON STAGE ( https://lnkd.in/dtst4KKy ). The theatre programme starts with Vanara The Musical.

The story is set in a time when human survival was threatened due to greed and expansion and Ayla, the main character of the piece, must decide whether to follow tradition or question her culture in order to save the human race.
With its imaginary world the show mirrors the threat and uncertainty of today crisis and also the timeless struggle youngsters face to build identities and to find their own place in the world.

The musical has made its world premiere on 25 October 2021 and will run until 31 October 2021 at the Hackney Empire Theatre in London.
Last Monday, our president Stefano Potortí was kindly invited by our associate Cristina Cellini Antonini, Founder and Artistic Director of WERESTART, to attend the performance. He really enjoyed Vanara The Musical and thought it was fantastic; very dynamic and with an incredible energy! He hopes they can make their way soon into West End.
